Mountain Bike Trails
There are tons of options located near the Strip.

Hoover Dam
The damn is very impressive (don't go with a hangover).

Valley of Fire State Park
About 45 minutes from Vegas, this park offers excellent sight-seeing.

Lake Mead National Park
