The former TV daughter of America, Christina Applegate has returned from an adolescent career of dysfunctional families to pursue a film career that has put her back on the map and in the hearts of millions of horny men. While her last film placed the blonde beauty in a pair of dirty boxers for all to see, Christina always looks her best. Born into a family of entertainers, Christina made her TV debut at three months old on the daytime soap “Days of Our Lives.” She continued to pop up in TV Land for the next few years on hit shows like “21 Jump Street,” Family Ties,” “Silver Spoons” and “Charles in Charge.” Christina finally got her big break in 1986 when she was offered the role as Kelly Bundy, the ditsy daughter of family man Al Bundy, on the low-blow comedy “Married… With Children.” Christina instantly became a star, landing her unforgettable face on the TV sets of men all over the world for 11 years. During her time on the show, Christina also broke into film in a number of teen comedies like “Don’t Tell Mom the Babysitter’s Dead,” along with a number of easily forgettable roles.
After the show was cancelled in 1997, Christina returned to the big screen in the campy, hitman comedy “The Big Hit” and the slapstick comedy “Mafia!” When Christina made a stake at primetime television again in 1998 with the NBC sitcom, “Jesse,” the show’s critical acclaim wasn’t enough to offset the horrible ratings and was cancelled after only two years on the air. Though the show didn’t last long enough to regain Christina’s former star status, the raunchy actress continued to create a new career that would no longer typecast her as the blonde bimbo. Christina’s most recent projects have catapulted her back into the public eye, with roles in “The Sweetest Thing” and a guest appearance on “Friends” that won her an Emmy for “Best Guest Actress in a Comedy.” We’re not the only ones who have noticed that Christina has maintained her great looks and sexy figure, but if she was placed up against some of today’s hottest female actresses, she wouldn’t have a fighting chance. As Christina continues to remake a name for herself in Hollywood, her undeniable allure will continue to make men drool.
Christina's show business family made it possible for the actress to become a star a lot quicker than most, performing early on in popular TV shows like "21 Jump Street" and "Silver Spoons." After the sitcom was cancelled, she returned to film with the Mark Wahlberg flop, "The Big Hit," only to try TV again in 1998 with the critically acclaimed "Jesse." Though the second show didn't last very long, Christina has continued to rebuild her career with a number of roles in films like "The Sweetest Thing," "A View From the Top" and "Anchorman." While Christina will probably never be rewarded for her decent acting skills, she will continue to please her fans as the perfect eye candy.

Iconic Character - Kelly Bundy on "Married...with Children"
For many fans, Christina's role as sexy Kelly on "Married...with Children" will always be a favorite. The role made her a star and a sex symbol. We highlihgted this character in our "TV Girlfriends" feature in the "Pretty, Vacant" catagory. Here's what we said about the character:
"You may not trust her to operate complex machinery…like, say, a camera or a blender…but there isn't a man alive that would turn down a date with Kelly Bundy. Blessed with drop-dead-gorgeous looks despite the tainted gene pool that produced her, Kelly is actually capable of mind-bending moments of genius, but thanks to the woefully misguided teachings of her shallow mother, she has forsaken education for a, shall we say, simpler existence. (Think superficial, not Zen.) She has a good heart, though, and loves her family despite the fact that they are basically ruining her life. We suspect that, once she gets out from under her mother's (horrible) influence and has to make decisions on her own, she will blossom into a smart, successful young woman. Then again, she could just as easily become a stripper who "freelances," if you catch our drift. If it's the former, we'll be there on bended knee (a Hot & Smart girl at a Pretty Vacant discount, if you will). If she chooses the latter, let's just say that her employers will name the pole after us for all of our generous donations. Either way, Kelly Bundy is the girl we just can't quit."
